Design Thinking for business processes

To radically improve a vital business function, driving 90% of operational costs in a multinational corporation, I led a thorough business analysis, working closely with operational teams. We pinpointed key issues and crafted a clear plan for necessary changes.

When analysing process effectiveness, I firmly believe in looking beyond surface factors. This approach ensures that the changes made not only cures the problem but also boost efficiency and satisfaction, driving long-term success for the company.

When people feel trapped in ineffective ways of working, design sprints can help to find a better way.
